I have been a Thomas Lee customer for over ten years and own multiple sets of white sheets. I recently ordered two sets of white pillowcases, as I like to change my cases frequently. When my order showed up, I noticed they were a dirty yellow color. I returned those (at my expense I might add), and ordered a second round - they too were dirty yellow. The only explanation I got was that my original order was filled from a cotton batch from late 2020 that came in on the yellow side. So why sell them to customers who want white sheets knowing they aren’t white? I can’t help but think it was because they were on promotion. Very disappointed in both the customer service and the quality. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing from TL any longer.
