Thank you to the design and installation team. The blinds and shutters were fitted and delivered as agreed. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the quality of the shutters, they were much lighter than the ones we had previously. Clearly, their construction had also been simplified; whereas previously the shutter were closed witha slider which meant that there was no need to touch the blades, this had be removed., I assume to reduce cost. Also the shutter blades were much lighter so that when they were closed and dressed the spacing was not uniform, they just looked a little untidy.
