Ordered Strimmer in July for my 82 year old Father as it said it was in stock, they took my payment and then I receive an email stating they expect delivery of stock 5th September, I was furious as ordered new one because previous strimmer(same make and model) less than 12 months old and was told they would be sending replacement battery despite battery showing as fully charged, email regarding this stating middle of September. Updated email 15th September saying your order has been dispatched only to find out this is not the case apparently it is sat on a shelf waiting to be picked and packed, then picked up by Whistl who have no clue where it is so waiting for them to pick it up and pass on to Hermes to deliver so at this rate it will have Christmas wrapping paper on it. Company DISGRACEFUL, Customer service DISGRACEFUL
