Upon looking at the reviews I wish would have reviewed before ordering.I placed an order on 6th April 2020 and have received 3 items,all of which were substandard with the majority dying.I send emails every day asking for a response back asking for an update on the order.I understand about the current situation we are all in but they should not commit to "customer satisfaction" if they are unable to fulfil there promise..I have received 36 minute plants all of which were not on the initial order? I have asked for a response as I want a refund..4 weeks on..still no reply.I must add that I have placed another large order last week with another Company which was delivered yesterday,all one order,perfect plants and outstanding service 10 days from order to delivery...I will not use this company again and I certainly would not recommend it
