I was very disappointed to receive 5 strawberry plants packed lying down. 1 has since died for all my care - it was almost completely dried out on arrival - 1 is very poorly and 3 are doing well. I also ordered 8 petunias 2 are very poorly - the others OK.
I emailed a complaint about the latter and had NO reply. If you think about it I could have gone to a garden centre or the fruit shop in town and bought healthy plants...
