Terrible service. Ordered 26th March, received a few dying lobelia (since died), still waiting 2 months later for live petunias. On 'My Account' they apparently cancelled two thirds of my order without informing me and have not refunded me. The few seeds that did come are poor, hardly any germinate. They do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
See the Guardian article ONE YEAR ago (April 2019), warning people not to buy from Thompson and Morgan. Shocking.
