I agree with all the previous comments. I made a substantial order in March and out of the 5 items ordered, I’ve only received 2. The last one (5 geranium plugs) received today Are small, yellowed and broken in places. Very poor quality. The pair of viola baskets were wilted but with a bit of TLC from me they are lovely now. That aside I’ve sent 5 emails about my order which haven’t even been acknowledged let alone answered. I have tried to ring on about 8-10 occasions only to get an answer service to say they are not taking calls as they are trying deal with emails! 😳 This is along with trying to work from home! I know Covid has had an impact on businesses but I’ve ordered plants from other suppliers without any difficulties. I am extremely disappointed and would like my money back. I’ve shared this experience with my gardening club and would not recommend this company to anyone!
