Thompsons is a horrible travel agency. Don't ever use these people. The lady Christine Frayne is unprofessional, incompetent is understatement to say the least. She doesn't communicate. She has given us the run around ons a vacation we haven't even taken yet. She has left out our only activity in the package. She took it out and is now asking us what about activities yet we initially asked for the activity and the amount she quoted had included an activity. Now all of a sudden we have to pay extra because she took it out and forgot. She is full of excuses and does not want to take.responsibilty for her mistake and the company is not even trying to rectify the situation..DONT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THOMPSONS HOLIDAYS.
