Lovely job, other than high gloss over satin would have been preferable for us, but it is not offered. Further, we were offered instructions for installing the shelves when we elected to self install; however none were forthcoming. We would have been fine with no instruction, but a little odd to offer and then forget to provide the paperwork. The timnber however is gorgeous and service people very personable.
