I needed to replace half the balustrades on an external balcony built 35 years ago. The same dimension timber was no longer available at regular suppliers. I emailed five suppliers and only two responded and only Thor's Hammer could do the job. Thor's Hammer responded promptly and provided the finished product precisely as required along with the necessary bevels etc using recycled timber - which was great. They were polite, responsive and delivered quickly. The cost seemed relatively high compared say to Bunnings, but within what I was expecting anyway, so I think quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the result and would recommend Thor's hammer.
