The product was excellent. I accepted the quote and paid the invoice based upon an assured two-week turnaround as the timber was in stock. However, once notifying Thors of payment, they said three weeks, which turned into nine weeks. The client nor I was impressed with the timeframe blowout, nor did I ever receive an update regarding the timeframe blowout.
