For people like me that are not into scouring the online or actual shops, this is a lifesaver. If I could mention something to improve, that would be that the refunding could be a bit faster when I return items (it takes about 5 working days), especially when it's about a simple size change. Alternatively there could be a mechanism to use already paid amounts to fund new purchases as soon as they received my returned items. That is only a small point though. The overall experience and communication is exemplary. Keep up the good work!
