While I trusted the CK brand for quality, this experience has been an absolute nightmare, thanks to THRD's ineptitude. The jacket’s color transfers onto my skin even after I followed all the care instructions, including a cold wash before wearing. This is unacceptable for a product at this price point! What’s worse is THRD’s shameful customer service: Dismissive attitude: They claimed the product was “authentic” and refused to take responsibility for the defect. No resolution: Instead of helping, they gave excuses and brushed off the issue entirely. THRD, if you sell high-end brands like Calvin Klein, you need to stand by your customers. Passing the buck and refusing to assist is a pathetic excuse for customer support. ⚠️ To anyone considering ordering through THRD: DON’T DO IT.
