Not happy at all. The picture does not look like the one that I sent (THE CAT's LEFT EAR IS INCORRECT)
I had added notes regarding the cat's left ear being 'clipped' and I needed it to match the picture in this regard. My notes was ignored.
THEN, I sent and email to you folks 2-3 weeks ago about this and received NO RESPONSE. There is no phone number to reach you, either. Now it is too late to correct it and send me an accurate order that matches the photo as I need it by Christmas.
Your Customer Service is unacceptable. I am extremely dissapointed.
