The item was great. The photos that I uploaded to be used looked great. I would give 5 stars except for the delivery and tracking methods used. UPS tracking UP UNTIL it was handed to the USPS. That is when you lose all tracking and information UNTIL you look at the tracking to see that it HAS been delivered. I had to order TWO of these because the first one never arrived and when I realized it had been 3 weeks, I looked at the tracking. Had to register with the USPS to see that tracking and said it was "left at the front door on 28-Nov." I was home the entire day, and it was never delivered. SO, I ordered a 2nd one and hoped it would be delivered by Christmas. It was NOT. UPS delivered it to the USPS on 12/22/22 and it arrived on 12/29/22. A week of it sitting somewhere in the USPS system. Recommendation - INFORM or OFFER Delivery options. I will NEVER order when I know the delivery method includes the USPS. OTHERWISE - the product was great!
