Thank you for asking. My first order was delivered promptly and just how I imagined it would look. I was pleased with my first order; however I ordered another pair well before Xmas, and it didn’t arrive until days after the holiday. This time, the image of my cat was cropped badly, and looked nothing like the artwork I had sent. I feel like Pupsocks should make good on my order by re- doing the image, as it didn’t match the picture I’d sent. If Pupsocks would do so at no additional cost to me, I would most likely order from them again. Not sure what happened, but I’m willing to give them a chance to rectify this matter. ( I downloaded two photos - The first is the picture I sent. The second shows how the original was cropped, which no longer looks like the original image.)
