Styles are cute, and I have ordered many things over the past year or so. Customer service is good. I do, however, have suggestions for improvement: 1. The shipping rate is outrageous, and can't be waived for less than $150, which is FAR more than similar shops charge. It means I don't buy much that requires a shipping charge unless it's a 40% off sale or an outfit of the week. 2. The quality is hit or miss. Some stuff is great and durable, others paper thin or constructed badly. Their buyers need to look at more than how cute it is. 3. Some petite choices would be great. Otherwise, anything that isn't cropped is 5-6" too long. 4. Some diversity in models-in size, race and age-would be appreciated. Tall blonds look good in everything and don't give you a good idea of how it might fit on a non-model. 5. Some things are vastly overpriced for what they are.
