I ordered a hat wide brim for my gal first one bent into a curve and you so graciously sent another one she loves it and looks great. But when I received the second one you cannot place a wide brim hat in a square box that doesnt fit the brim. The second one the brim was bent over the entire brim. look s liked it was pushed down to accomodate too small a box. the last time with the bent one it must have been flipped under this the damage this time it was up . you cant send a item like that and push it in bending one full side of the brim . get a bigger box!
