Sent a dress back which was rec'd by your shipping dept on 7/13, order #TBN863006. USPS #9505 5103 4516 3189 5513 23. It 's been almost 2 wks and I have not received a refund! Why not? Where is my refund?? Because of that I have to give a poor rating, sorry.
