I ordered something but it was too big. I asked to exchange. The only way to get a smaller size was to send back the one I already ordered, and pay the shipping, and I had already paid shipping to get the original to me. Then, I would have to order a new one in the correct size, and pay for shipping yet again. So they want me to pay 30 bucks for shipping to get the correct size, when they are oversized to start. I'll never shop with them again. And the quality isn't great either. There are far too many choices to have such lousy customer service.
