Items are cute but not the best customer service. Charging $10 shipping then another $8 bc an item (jacket with useless hood) doesn’t work is not a business I can afford. Potentially losing $20 every time a purchase doesn’t work, doesn’t work for me. This is why unfortunately companies who allow free returns are getting returning customers. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again bc this is an online only company and it’s harder to know if all parts of an item are functionable. In this case, the parka hood was not even comparable in quality to the rest of the jacket. Esp for issues like this, a customer should get their money fully back.
