Wish I could write a glowing review but my experience was not at all positive. The first time I ordered my order arrived promptly and it was awesome, this last time I ordered the items took almost 6 weeks with no follow up from three birds nest- I get the shipping methods can be tricky but I got nothing more than “ there’s nothing we can do, if you are getting shipping updates ( never mind that the order was bouncing between Indiana and Florida). I was really disappointed in the follow up which was non- existent- I emailed customer service and received no reply- I reached out to the text line and the customer service representative whilst somewhat sympathetic, provided no concrete solutions. I love the Three Birds Nest clothing but I will not order from them again after this experience.
