While I’ve loved the items I’ve received the few times I’ve ordered, I was disappointed in the customer care I received when I had a defective item. It was outside the 3 day window (15 days to be exact), and it had been worn once. I don’t feel like overalls that cost over $100 should start to come apart after one wear and one wash. Very, very disappointed in the LACK of customer service. They were friendly in rejecting my claim. I’ll give them that.
