Very happy with Tiana, my cats transitioned to the food well and the customer service is excellent. My orders are always shipped out on time. My order had been stolen after being delivered, I called customer service and they followed up promptly the next day, and sent me a replacement order at no extra cost. Hoping bulk packages will be available soon!
