Ordered my fiancée a watch for Christmas first choice was out of stock but t2t suggested alternatives, one chosen order placed and received no problem. Christmas happy wife to be.... 2weeks down the line watch has stopped numerous calls just get same message saying they experiencing large number of calls (if they answered maybe the queue would decrease!). As message suggests emailed customer services few times now with no reply. Want to believe they are having issues at moment but as other reviewers suggest think I need to buy another watch from another shop as this one may be closing down!
