Bought two tickets to an upcoming premiere league game and then realized the official Chelsea Football Club website specifically calls out this website as an unauthorized seller and warns that you could be denied entry and ejected from the stadium for using TicketGum. I tried so hard to get a refund but they said if I didn’t want it, I should pawn it off on friends and family. So yes, this is a scam and yes, you will loose the over £300 you spend on tickets with them.
