Scammers! If I had the chance, I would love to take a swing at one of the dirtbags who run this operation. Bought two overpriced tickets to Man City at Crystal Palace on 4/6/24. Was told at the gate that they were fraudulent. Was sent to the box office where I was told the same. Ticketscum sent me an email 3 hours prior saying if I had a problem to message them on What's App and do not try to deal with the ticket agents and to not let them look at my phone. Of course I got no response when I messaged them. Only hours after the match did they respond and said I should have contacted them when I was standing at the gate. Stay away! If you happen to know where they are headquartered, please tell me so I can get my own non-monetary "refund".
