This has been the worst experience ever. Long story short, technology made it very easy for me to accidentally purchase tickets to an event that I didn't want to attend. I clicked the button for insurance on the tickets before accidentally purchasing them. Long story short, I obviously panicked, thinking that it was no big deal and I would surely get my money back. Wrong! They are refusing to refund my money, and they want the insurance company to deal with it. When it clearly states in the policy that it only covers emergency events. I'm devastated because it's the holiday season and I unintentionally purchased 500 worth of tickets! I don't understand why they can't refund me and resell them; the games not until February. They won't even answer their phone. If you call, it says (all the time) that they are swamped with callers and to send an email. Then you get crappy responses like "contact the insurance company" or " we're sorry, no refunds" what a joke! I've never felt so helpless. I will never ever purchase anything from this company ever again. All they care about it money and not their customers. I've never been so upset. So thank you Ticketmaster, for ruining my holiday season for my children!
