The experience every time is horrendous. They open the sale or presale at 9am, at precise 9am, there are no longer tickets or those available at over £500+ ("as per fans' demand, like the airlines" they state...is it a joke?! Not only they now have a monopoly, they have put the prices sky high to make up for the late sees in the last 18 months...shame on you! Ripping off people in such a way...and try and find a way to actually speak to someone...impossible these days do if you have a problem...you are stuffed. Not everyone is IT accustomed and some may be disabled you know?! One star is too much for such a company only interested in meeting Ney and zero customer service
