Bought tickets to an event, ending up not being able to go so I'm trying to resell them. The tickets however are not appearing anywhere on the website, how are they supposed to sell! There many other tickets for the same event coming and going with no issues, it's clearly a technical glitch but here I am £200 out of pocket with the event approaching fast! They pretty much own the whole market so there's no alternative, customer service is on level with Google...terrible!
