Put my ticket up for resale on the 7th December. Ticketmaster confirmed instantly emailing stating my ticket is up for resale. On their website for this concert in Newcastle on the 17th December my ticket is not listed for resale.
I have contacted customer service and have had a response from Matthew who says he 'understands my frustration and is escalating the issue'. This was four days ago and despite me sending a daily reminder with photographic proof that Ticketmaster state ticket is for resale and that it is not listed, I haven't had a response. Ticket cost £457 front row. They clearly don't care and their fan to fan ticket exchange on this occasion is worse than useless.
