I'm complaining about how hard it was to accept a ticket to an event my friend bought on my behalf. Ticketmaster would not let me accept the ticket, as when I opened my email it said there was suspicious behaviour, and I would need to change my WiFi (which I did) or move to a different location etc. I then had to use two different browsers on my phone which still didn't work because the same error message came up. So I tried it on my laptop which also didn't work. I downloaded the lastest app last week and deleted the old one but I still couldn't access my ticket. I changed my password because I still could not access my ticket. Why do they have to make things so difficult? After a lot of stress and swearing I did manage it. Why did this happen and will it happen every time I accept a ticket from a friend? I hate that they have such a monopoly on concerts, how they have artificially pushed the prices up, their surge pricing, their lack of ability to defeat touts, and pretty much everything about them. If there is an option I always use an alternative to Ticketmaster. I hope the government finally take action against this cartel.
