Very poor customer service they ask stupid questions again and again and they keep giving you headache over stupid things not sure if they are familiar with how things work in uk as the question a transaction paid out to electrician £485 so I explained to them he is electrician done some work for me then I sent them the invoice that was 2 week ago and till now the ask me if I have any more communication or chats to clarify this transaction !! Not sure what they mean but clearly they don't know how things work in uk .
