I would give this company minus 5 stars as they have been the most obnoxious and unreasonable and I’ve had the most frustrating experience with them. They blocked my business account for no reason and are asking to review confidential business documents in order to unblock the account. I’ve been asking them to close my account and they won’t even do that and keep giving me excuses. I wish I had read all the reviews here before opening an account with them. I’ve lost sales and unable to receive any payments or make payments. After reading the comments here, I’m worried that I may lose all my money in the account. How is this even acceptable?? Absolutely ludicrous and disgusting. How are they getting to operating as a business banking app is beyond my comprehension.
