Terrible bank, Customer service is appalling if you have a simple issue you can not get anyone to help.
No contact number at all other than fraud so they just so they will have someone contact you, Which they haven’t I called 4 times over the last few hours
I first contacted support on the app and by phone at 14.00 PM, The time is now 21.41 PM and still nothing I had an automated messaged 3 hours ago saying
“we have received a lot of inquiry’s today, We have got your
Message and will be with you shortly”
This is after being passed from department to department without even getting to explain or even hardly talk to a human to explain what issue I was having ( my number on the account is a landline (as I have two accounts) which can’t receive messages for verification code, I have access to emails and could answer the landline but no one seems to be able to help.
I will be closing my account when I finally get access to it.
I would avoid setting up accounts with this company as it’s not the first issue and the fact you can’t even call especially in an emergency. A support line is necessarily when it’s not a branch bank you can just walk into to get help when needed to access your own funds .
