Awful experience, very poor customer service!!!
I have a basic business bank account with Tide and have been having issues accessing my account.
As a basic bank account holder, there is no phone number to contact them, and no chat option. The only way to contact them is an email which they take ages to respond to and come up with very repetitive standardised responses that are of no help. I have chasing them for the last 15 days for my money transferred to another business account but no progress!!!
Fraud prevention line customer service is rude and would disconnect the phone.
In short, they hold on to your money and come up with excuses not to return it which is so unfair.
It's so distressing that you are unable to access your hard-earned money when you desperately need it.
Please stay away from Tide because you can lose access to your money at any time.
