I am extremely satisfied with the customer support of tiertime for my cetus3d mk1. They are helpful and enumerated the possible causes/solution to my problem. Moreover, they even follow-up on how my printer was doing after some time. I am pleased that they are concerned with the overall well-being and experience of end users like me.
