After ordering the wrong colour tie for my Dad, which was to match my Mum's dress, Sol asked me to send a picture of the dress. He sent me three swatches of colours he thought would match and indeed it did and I got the exact colour! He couldn't have been friendlier on the phone and more helpful. Would definitely use them again!
