It was a few months after purchasing seat covers for my Tacoma (waiting for detailer before installing). During the installation the passenger side rear sear didn't fit, and the passenger side front back cover was loose because of a couple of options available in the Tacoma. I contacted customer support (Kylei) after email and phone conversations...not sure but I may have introduced a "confusion factor", anyways to make a long story short Kylei got it all sorted out. I'm glad that I had the patience to work through the process because these are GREAT seat covers!!! They don't slide around needing constant adjustment, they stay put and are snug to seats, and most of all they match my interior well. Tiger & Kylei will get any issue sorted out and corrected.
