I ordered some tile backing boards(Orbry) 6mm thick x 1200 x600 & fixings. The ordering process was simple with a choice of delivery dates. I chose the Saturday. Unfortunately the delivery courier failed to deliver on that date (hence only 4 stars not 5), however an e-mail to Tile Fix & the matter was resolved immediately with an apology & the promise of a refund on the delivery cost. The boards arrived on the Monday. The boards themselves are light to handle, simple to cut with a Stanley knife & fix to the wall with screws & washers. I overboarded my solid walls which were a bit poor following the removal of the old tiles. I am delighted with the finish. John Matthews
