I was so impressed with this company and these tiles, and also the prompt delivery. The first tiles arrived on a pallet - so you have to carry the boxes inside yourself - but the second delivery was carried into the house. The individual boxes are quite heavy. The sample tile was extremely helpful because it gave a better idea of colour and effect, and the quality was fantastic. The paperwork was clear, and everything went smoothly.
