Tile Club is incredible!! I had apprehension about buying tiles from online but Tile Club was a great experience and I highly recommend them! Their tile selection is amazing, featuring unique and stunning options not found locally nor elsewhere online. Their pricing is competitive, but the wonderful aspect is free shipping. Their product was delivered via Fed Ex and they were all packed well. Despite a cross country trek, all tiles were delivered unscathed and quickly. What sets them apart is their amazing customer service. We had an issue with some tiles (not due to their fault); the customer service rep was very communicative, understood the issue, worked with us within the 72 window time frame they offer, and ultimately rectified the situation. They went above and beyond for us and we so appreciate it. We will certainly purchase from them again! We have not installed the tile yet but are looking forward to using these beautiful tiles!
