It was a pretty easy experience. They had the tile I liked, I ordered several samples and placed order direct. They matched another competitor price as well. Just be sure to check the quantity needed because they do charge a restocking fee if you need to send something back including shipping. Otherwise, I really love my tile and my new bathroom
