Ordering and delivery processes were both simple & straightforward. Tile arrived intact and just as pictured. Looks beautiful installed. My one grievance- the way in which the tile had been “packaged” was concerning, to say the least. Even the delivery driver (3rd party, unaffiliated with tile club) was quite concerned that the tile would be broken and assisted me in unpacking and inspecting it upon delivery. I wish I’d taken better photos of the “packing job,” but I’ll do my best to describe it. We ordered just six boxes of tile. Some boxes appeared to have been laid flat on the pallet. Other boxes were propped-up against an EMPTY box, and the entire pallet was shrink wrapped. Being that these are extremely heavy 24” tiles, the empty box used in packaging was absolutely crushed by the weight of the tile, so the shrink wrap was completely loose; allowing the tile to move freely in transit. I was VERY pleasantly surprised that everything arrived intact, but I wanted to note this situation for your future orders.
