The Emporio Green 24" x 48" porcelain we ordered arrived extremely well packaged. I found no sign of chips or cracks, though since it was so well palletized we haven't opened the packaging as of yet. Tile Club shipped these large tiles standing on the long edge with well-planned support to protect it and prevent it from falling over. I could not see or hear any sign of damage.
