It was excellent. I found the best matched tile that I wanted for my backsplash that I couldn't find anywhere else. My shipment arrived on time, safely packed. I did find some chipped tiles. After sending pictures, they sent me two replacement sheets at no charge. I'm very pleased with Tile Club!
