I was having problems with the website and the customer service department was very responsive and helpful. Love the tile and will be ordering enough to do the project soon. An unexpected house repair put a dent in the project funds, so the tile project will have to wait a bit. The tile is gorgeous and am so excited to use it . Took a long time to find something we really liked and Tile Club was the answer
