Very poor customer service! Before I placed my order, I gave them a call to check about the items that I needed and to check about the delivery charges as they advertise free above £150 on their Web page. I was advised to order by phone to avoid this charge the lady tried to help but even she didn't manage to put the order through for me. The strange thing is that she couldn't match the same prices as the company website shows, and tried to give a an approximate price!!! Off course I wouldn't accept as the company shows one price online and try to charge by the phone an higher price!!! I told her just give me a code for free delivery and I'll put the order online, like other companies haven done, but unfortunately no success as I was advised by the lady to place the order online for the reason that she couldn't come with the same prices after a long conversation over the phone, I just placed the order online and sent an email about the delivery charges to be reimbursed. To my surprise I just received an email after couple hours of placing the order without any cordiality to say they can't fulfill my refund request of delivery charges. Desapointed and deflated do deal with this company...
