I ordered from these as they specified next working day delivery. I ordered Wednesday evening but due to the time I expected to get it Friday. They messaged to say delivery failure due to address issue, (they hadn't put my full details on the delivery tickets or given the driver my phone number). When I enquired when the delivery would be and confirmed they had my details, they still said later on the Friday. It didn't turn up. Eventually it turned up on Monday after ordering on the previous Wednesday. The driver said he phoned the office on the Friday but no one phoned me. The fact that there was a mistake then lied about it would still be delivered really screwed up the planned work. Don't believe a word that they tell you and don't order unless you have several days before you need the products.
