Mixed experience. Description of an item I was looking to buy on line was confusing with almost every dimension missing or incorrect. Tried to resolve with on line messaging but that didn't really work. So old fashioned way I spoke to some one. Call answer promptly but no resolution. Advised to submit email to tech department. Very quick response and matter resolved. So I was able to purchased the exact item which came very quickly. Now a company can't be judged on things going right but how they respond to things going wrong. Tilers gear responded at every stage promptly and curiously. This just offers confidence when spending your money, especially on line. So five star not for things going right but how they responded to an issue. I don't think the issue was due to any failure on their part just circumstances but they were responsible for it's resolution and they offered a fiver star resolution. I have to say p&p was steep but the trim I ordered was well packed to protect it and arrived quickly.
